Mission Briefing
To come out on top at the Remotely-Operated Vehicle (ROV) Boss Level Challenge, your team will need to have complete control over your Near Space Exploration ROV. You will be working with a combination of motors, propellers, batteries, wires, circuits and remote controls that will make your ROV move through the air and complete objectives. You might even choose to add special components that set your ROV ap
assemble a payload that can hold the motors, circuit components and batteries that will power and drive your Near Space Exploration (NSE) ROV. But its not enough to just tie a box up to a bunch of helium balloons and let fly.
The NSE ROV must remain neutrally buoyant. But what exactly is neutral buoyancy anyway? Or regular buoyancy for that matter? How large will a balloon need to be to lift your payload? Or if Far Horizons already has a big balloon, how much can that lift?
Gather the required knowledge about controlling your airship ROV over the next couple of sessions.
